Return and Refund Policy

To request a return or exchange of a garment or item:  

Please email us at info@allwearworkwear.com and provide a detailed explanation as to why you are returning or exchanging the garment or item you purchased.  Please include the date of purchase, what you would like to return/exchange and the reason for the return/exchange.   All garments/items must be in their original packaging, with product tags and labels attached. Garments/items to be returned/exchanged must be in new condition, unworn and unwashed.  If there is any noticeable wear, the garments/items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Garments/items that cannot be returned/exchanged:  No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days of receipt of purchase. No returns/exchanges will be accepted if the garment or item has been worn or washed.  Garments/items embroidered, screen-printed or customized with heat transfer, cannot be returned/exchanged.  If the garment/item is customized, it is yours. Garments that have been patched will be considered on a case by case since the garments with visible stitch marks cannot be resold.  Pants that have been hemmed and customized to a particular size will be considered for a return/exchange and left to the discretion of the supplier/manufacturer. 

Shipping charges for products returned/exchanged must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges. Orders may subject to a 20% restocking fee.
